Invalid Warranty

I purchased a Vehicle from Auto Mart Super Store14 months ago... It was a modified Jeep and I purchased the jeep with a warranty. The warranty level was "Platinum" which is their highest level. A few months after the purchase the transmission went out. The warranty company said the warranty was void and should have never been put on the Vehicle . So they did not cover the repairs. The dealer was quick to offer me a credit of the warranty but failed to understand that if there was no warranty on the vehicle I would have not purchased the Vehicle. Now the issue is in court... I am pursuing legal action against Automart (Owner is Brett B)... And the warranty company is even pursuing legal action after the Automart... My experience with them has been horrible; I would stay away.
